The Mandarin Garden Club is a non-profit organization. Political events will not be approved for use of our facility. Rentals are open to members and non-members.

Our clubhouse is available for your weekend or weekday events. To view or book an event at our facility, please contact the Mandarin Garden Club's Rental Representative (904) 268-1192 or complete the Rental Contact Form to the right. We will contact you within 24 hours upon receipt of your request.

A charming and historic exterior and updated and well-maintained interior, the kitchen features a warming oven, convection oven, and two empty refrigerators all for your use. The main hall has concrete floors, perfect for dancing. The hall is about 2300 square feet and will accommodate 150 people.

There are 29 tables and 110 padded folding chairs for your use. Each table measures 6 ft x 29 ½ inches with a 29 ½ inch drop. We provide paper towels and some garbage bags for the kitchen, and hand towels and toilet paper for the three bathrooms.

Not included in the rental are linens, and other items like coffee pots and serving pieces. You may use a DJ, and you may select your own caterer or bring in your own food.

The Rental Fee must be paid in full when signing the Mandarin Garden Club Contract (MGC).

Cancellation

The renter has three (3) business days from the date they sign the MGC contract to cancel and receive a full Rental Fee refund.

In case of cancellation after three (3) business days AND before thirty-one (31) days of the date booked will result in only one-half of the Rental Fee refunded for holding the date. Refunds will be returned by MGC check. NOTE: The credit card usage fee is non-refundable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A Security Deposit is required to reimburse the MGC for any damage incurred to the MGC's property by Renter, Renter's Guests, or Third-Party Vendors.

Renter must pay a Security Deposit by credit card or cash at chec-in. NOTE: The credit card usage fee is non-refundable.
