The Mandarin Garden Club is a non-profit organization. Political and for-profit events will not be approved for use of our facility. Rentals are open to members and non-members.
Our clubhouse is available for your weekend or weekday events. To view or book an event at our facility, please contact the Mandarin Garden Club's Rental Representative (904) 268-1192 or complete the Rental Contact Form to the right. We will contact you within 24 hours upon receipt of your request.
The garden club is the perfect location for your next event(s):
A charming and historic exterior and updated and well-maintained interior, the kitchen features a warming oven, convection oven, and two empty refrigerators all for your use. The main hall has concrete floors, perfect for dancing. The hall is about 2300 square feet and will accommodate 150 people.
There are 29 tables and 110 padded folding chairs for your use. Each table measures 6 ft x 29 ½ inches with a 29 ½ inch drop. We provide paper towels and some garbage bags for the kitchen, and hand towels and toilet paper for the three bathrooms.
Not included in the rental are linens, and other items like coffee pots and serving pieces. You may use a DJ, and you may select your own caterer or bring in your own food.
The full rental fee shall be paid when signing the contract.
In case of a cancellation, half of the rental fee is non-refundable for holding that desired date(s).
All renters must also pay a $625.00 refundable security deposit before receiving the key code for their function. The security deposit must be paid in cash.
Note: A Renter has three (3) business days from the date they sign our contract to cancel and receive their Full Fee back. After the three (3) business days, the Renter will receive half the fee back.
