The Mandarin Garden Club is a non-profit organization established in 1945.  We welcome all gardening enthusiasts.  Visitors and new members are invited to attend monthly programs, with informative speakers and attend field trips.

Gardens
Visitors are welcome to tour our demonstration gardens consisting of: butterfly garden, ginger display, bromeliad garden, an herb garden, and native gardens.  ​Our grounds are designed and maintained by some of the Master Gardeners of Duval County and volunteers.  ​Our gardens are open to the public from dawn to dusk except when we have rentals and the "Private Party" sign is posted at the driveway entrance.  

Planning Your Next Event
Our clubhouse and gardens are the perfect place for your events.  Our facility is available for non-profit events such as weddings, family gatherings, birthdays, holidays, and more!

​Circle Meetings
The Mandarin Garden Club Circles meet during the active season from September through May.  Each Circle has their own events and activities planned for the meeting, and including guest speakers.

The Mandarin Garden Club is the site of the UF/IFAS Duval County Mandarin Demonstration Garden and was awarded a Florida-Friendly Landscape (FFL) Silver Level Award by the UF/IFAS Duval County Extension Office on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.  This award met the proper implementation of the nine FFL principles that will protect the natural environment around us for future generations to enjoy. 
 
The nine principles are right plant - right place, water efficiently, fertilize appropriately, mulch, attract wildlife, manage yard pests responsibly, recycle yard waste, reduce stormwater runoff and protect the waterfront.  
 
The award was made possible by the team of the Mandarin Garden Club Green Team and the Duval County Master Gardener Volunteers who maintain the gardens each Wednesday.  Congratulations team!  ​
