Clubhouse Features
The event space is approximately 2,300 sf.
Our maximum venue capacity is 120 guests. Thirty 6-foot rectangular tables and 120 chairs, a 20-foot rolling partition, 2-rolling buffets, and 2 desks with chairs are included with the rental.
The Garden Entrance foyer serves as a dressing room with access to 2 bathrooms.
The Kitchen’s unique pull-down privacy wall with a serving shelf is a favorite with 2 food-serving trollies, electric range, a commercial double-wide refrigerator, refrigerator with top freezer, a microwave, and a warming tower with 9 large stainless steel trays. An enclosed janitor closet/bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen for easy access for caterers.
Vertical grass parking along the driveway will accommodate 60 vehicles for your guests. The clubhouse and gardens are highlighted with flood lights at dusk.

PRICING
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit is required to reimburse the MGC for any damage incurred to the MGC’s property by Renter, Renter’s Guests, or Third-Party Vendors.
Renter must pay a Security Deposit by credit card or cash at check-in. NOTE: The credit card usage fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation
The renter has three (3) business days from the date they sign the MGC contract to cancel and receive a full Rental Fee refund.
In case of cancellation after three (3) business days AND before thirty-one (31) days of the date booked will result in only one-half of the Rental Fee refunded for holding the date. Refunds will be returned by MGC check. NOTE: The credit card usage fee is non-refundable.
